Serenity Yoga and its Benefits

Yoga Philosophy, Meditation,
and Basic Yoga Postures

Serenity Yoga is a gentle, meditative style of Yoga particularly designed for maturing adults, but appropriate for anyone seeking reduction in their levels of stress. Similar to the Yoga practiced at the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Healthcare and Society, at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Serenity Yoga's aim is to reduce the levels of stress that could lead to the so-called stress related disorders. It is not the physically challenging or high-impact style of Yoga.

The guiding principle of SerenityYoga is that the only time to be happy is now, the only place to be happy is here, and that the best way to become happy is to make others happy.
